Fibromyalgia is often accompanied by a number of other health problems including sleep disorders, headaches, bacterial and viral infections, and a wide variety of symptoms and pains. The causes of fibryomyalgia are unknown and no tests exist to diagnose FMS with certainty, thus the disorder is often misdiagnosed.
